Mum and I cooked for hours yesterday to celebrate my Dad's birthday. I was in charge of three dishes, one was the repeat of Bruchetta. I made it the same way as before, so no need for a description. The only slight variation was that there was more tomato on each piece than last time, which seemed to be a good thing.

Repeats: Salsa and Bruchetta
Mum and I cooked for hours yesterday to celebrate my Dad's birthday. I was in charge of three dishes, one was the repeat of Bruchetta. I made it the same way as before, so no need for a description. Mmm love bruchetta. I add a drizzle of balsamic on top and throw it in the oven. Gives it a sweet touch.
